Through the FitUp portal, clients and contractors can now follow the progress of a project in real-time, something that’s never been easily done or possible. From the moment the client purchases a product, it can be tracked through each of the fulfillment stages; received at warehouse, requested from warehouse, delivered at site, staged on-site, installed, inspected to accepted – all in real time. Not all that different than what we experience when ordering from an on-line retailer. It’s been a game changer.
Internally, adopting FitUp has meant less data entry, better information, faster workflows and an overall better user experience. Once the product information exists in FitUp, it can be accessed using mobile technology and to support a wide range of functions and tools; product status, delivery requests, product labels, creating and tracking issues specific to a product and room, room reports, client approvals. Not needing to recreate / double data entry information to build these tools has been a tremendous time saver and has increased the level of data reliability to new levels.”
