Through the FitUp portal, clients and contractors can now follow the progress of a project in real-time, something that’s never been easily done or possible. From the moment the client purchases a product, it can be tracked through each of the fulfillment stages; received at warehouse, requested from warehouse, delivered at site, staged on-site, installed, inspected to accepted – all in real time. Not all that different than what we experience when ordering from an on-line retailer. It’s been a game changer.
Internally, adopting FitUp has meant less data entry, better information, faster workflows and an overall better user experience.
